The girls from River City were back in Indy, this time at Warren Central High School.

The misses and I had a great weekend in Chicago. We went to see Wicked on Saturday and it was excellent. The weather all weekend was excellent, especially considering it was January.

Saturday we went up early and did a little shopping, but didn’t buy anything. Then we went to check into the Allerton Hotel. It’s right on the Magnificent Mile. The room was pretty small, but so was the cost, so I guess it works out in the end.

After cleaning up and resting for a few minutes, we grabbed a cab and headed to the theater. The theater was beautiful and the show was great. We both really enjoyed it, but my wife says it’s really different than the book. Afterwards we walked to the ESPNZone, grabbed a quick snack then headed for bed.

We did a little more shopping Sunday morning at a maternity/baby store called Preggers before heading back to Indy. Unfortunately we blew a tire hitting a giant pot-hole, but managed to limp back home on the spare.

I’m very happy to be working on a new site design. The one I have now has been in constant development and never quite got done. So instead of banging my head against the wall on a site that I don’t really like, I’ve decided to scrap it and start fresh.
